Living in an Apartment

Here, we combine the freedom of an apartment with the comfort of a hotel. You’ll have your own kitchen, plenty of space, and the freedom to structure your day at your own pace. At the same time, you’ll have access to the Berg.Spa, featuring a heated outdoor pool, a Finnish panoramic sauna, and a saltwater steam bath, as well as the relaxation rooms.
If you enjoy being pampered in the morning, you’re welcome to add the breakfast buffet to your reservation, subject to availability. In the summer, our summer bistro is open, and in the winter, half-board can be booked, subject to availability. This way, you can live at your own pace and stay flexible.

Our largest apartment category is Alpin D, which can accommodate up to 6 people. However, depending on availability, we can provide an extra bed for a seventh person for an additional charge.

Families and groups of friends feel especially at home with us—we offer a variety of accommodation options. Our spacious apartments can accommodate up to 7 people and feature two bathrooms. This is a real luxury in the mornings and evenings, especially when traveling with a large group.

The kitchens are well-equipped, and after a quick stop at the supermarket, you can start cooking right away. Dishes, silverware, pots, cookware, a coffee maker, and a kettle are provided, as are the most important kitchen essentials.

Our apartments are spread across two buildings: some are located in the main building of the Rosentalerhof, while others are in the Mühlfeld apartment building, which is directly across the street. This way, you’re always close to the hotel’s facilities while enjoying the privacy of your own apartment.
The Berg.Spa, the outdoor pool, the relaxation rooms, and the other hotel amenities are also available to apartment guests. The Mühlfeld building also houses our washing machine and dryer.

Each apartment has a high-quality bed, a balcony with mountain views and one or two modern bathrooms (number depending on category). WLAN is of course free of charge.

Our apartments have a small kitchen with very good equipment: hotplates, fridge, freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, two kitchen towels, crockery, cutlery, pots, cooking utensils, filled salt and pepper shakers, sugar shakers, filter coffee machine included. filters and kettle. Fresh bread rolls can be ordered at reception or picked up from the bakery (four minutes away).

Dishwasher tabs, washing-up liquid, bin bags and a clothes horse are also available. There is a coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer in the basement of our apartment building.

The apartment is cleaned once a week and provided with fresh towels. Additional cleaning can be ordered for €10 per day. The final cleaning is included in the price.

One car per apartment can be parked free of charge in the hotel parking lot. Further free parking spaces are 250 meters away.

A ski cellar and a ski boot dryer are at your disposal. In summer you can use the bike cellar or the drying cupboard for your bike clothing. Everything is well secured and monitored.

Yes, of course. Even as an apartment guest, you can plan your dinner flexibly and use both the kitchen in your apartment and the hotel facilities.

Our summer bistro is open from 3 pm to 8 pm . We serve light summer cuisine with Austrian classics, pinsa, and vegetarian dishes. We are closed two days a week.

In the winter, depending on availability, you can also book half-board with a 4-course meal (including vegetarian options). This allows you to enjoy the flexibility of the apartment and means you don’t have to cook for yourself every evening.

Berg.Spa – Feel Good Together
Of course, our Berg.Spa is also open to our apartment guests. It features a heated outdoor pool, a Finnish panoramic sauna, a bio sauna (winter only), and a saltwater steam bath. For a quick break in between, the Schwebe.Raum, the Moos.Raum, and the Pool.Haus are perfect spots to unwind.

Adults only: Finnish sauna, floating room and moss room – retreats for quiet relaxation.

Location & Directions

In the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm, you can be on the slopes from the Rosentalerhof in no time at all:

  • Only 80 meters separate you from the Bergfriedlift and 300 meters from the Reiterkogelbahn.
  • The village center and the pedestrian zone of Hinterglemm are only 300 meters away. You can also enjoy an unobstructed view of the Hinterglemm mountains.
  • The ski bus stop is right next to the hotel; the bus runs at frequent intervals to the other cable cars.

In Hinterglemm we recommend the Jennerwein Restaurant, Pfeiferl, Restaurant Liemers and the Heurigenstube to our guests.

The pedestrian zone of Hinterglemm can be reached in 300 m.
A public bus runs to Saalbach at intervals of 30 minutes. The line 680 from Hinterglemm Ellmauweg to Saalbach Schattberg takes about 5 minutes. In summer the bus is included with the Jokercard. In winter the ski bus is included with ski pass. The distance from the hotel to Saalbach is approx. 2.5 km.
